1. Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Products damaged during delivery are eligible for immediate replacement or refund.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your Order ID and reason for return
- We will provide return shipping instructions
3. Refund Process
- Online Payments: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
- COD Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse by the customer
- Products without original packaging
- Products returned after 7 days
5. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, the return policy applies. To cancel, contact us immediately after placing the order.
